Operates multiple inboxes (CHFS Listens, CHFS Constituent Services, CHFS Small Business Ombudsman) and a call center. Referrals are made to programs and services both inside and outside of the Cabinet (e.g. Community Action, KHC, AOC, KBML, etc.). All complaints are directed to APA-Ombudsman.
