Provides for the collection and safe disposal of "sharps" including syringes, needles with attached tubing, lancets and other materials that have been used by individuals with serious health conditions such as diabetes who manage their care at home. Must be in proper sharps container. Sharps disposal containers are available for purchase.

Glasses/Contact Lenses

Provides vouchers for individuals to exchange for glasses at participating locations. Application must be mailed in with a copy of an eye glass prescription by a social worker, church, primary care physician or medical clinic. An eye doctor can not make the referral.
