Eligibility
Must have/meet:
* Age 60 or over
* Spouse of a person aged 60 or over
* Unable to attend a congregate site because of illness or an incapacitating disability; and does not have a person in the home able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis
* Under age 60 with a disability and resides with a homebound individual aged 60 or over
