Carter County parents or guardians of low income with children from birth to 12 years of age

Required documents

Please bring with you or include in application: * Social Security cards for all members of the household, including all children and the parents or adult guardians * Picture ID for parents or adult guardians of the household * Household income amount * Each child's age and shirt/hoodie size

* Walk-in to sign up in person at any of the Family Resource and Youth Services Centers for Carter County Schools or * Call (606) 474-6696 and listen for the prompts to reach your Carter County school's Family Resource and Youth Services Center to complete an application by phone during the annual application period
