Specialized Information and Referral | Office of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services

Offers a centralized directory for any and all questions and concerns from citizens of the Commonwealth. Operates multiple inboxes (CHFS Listens, CHFS Constituent Services, CHFS Small Business Ombudsman) and a call center. All inquiries are either assisted directly or forwarded to the appropriate department within CHFS. Referrals are made to programs and services both inside and outside of the Cabinet (e.g. Community Action, KHC, AOC, KBML, etc.). All complaints are directed to APA-Ombudsman.
