Must have/meet: * Income guidelines * Paid at least $25 toward their water bill in the 180 days prior to applying for assistance * A balance of at least $50 outstanding on account

Required documents

Please bring with you: * Proof of social security numbers for the members of the household * Proof income * Copy of most recent water bill * Proof of payment of at least $25 made to Kentucky American Water in the last 6 months

Description

Provides information and referral services, access to emergency financial assistance programs, when available, for basic necessities including food, shelter and utilities. Offers referrals to other community resources that may be able to respond to immediate needs.

Provides support and assistance; throughout the life cycle; starting with head start for children, continuing through skills training programs and culminating with adult day services for the frail and elderly.
