Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Male, 18 years of age and older
- Homeless veteran with a discharge from the service for reasons other than dishonorable (for Veteran's Grant Per Diem Program)
- Walk-in clients must not have pending legal issues, probation or be on parole
- Only court orders from Fayette County will be considered and must contact intake for information and application

- Proof of Military Service-DD214 for Veterans in Grant Per Diem Program
