Eligibility

Must have/meet: * Male, 18 years of age and older * Homeless veteran with a discharge from the service for reasons other than dishonorable (for Veteran's Grant Per Diem Program) * Walk-in clients must not have pending legal issues, probation or be on parole * Only court orders from Fayette County will be considered and must contact intake for information and application

Required documents

Please bring with you: * Picture ID * Proof of Military Service-DD214 for Veterans in Grant Per Diem Program If veteran currently doesn't have either of these, Hope Center staff will assist in acquiring these document

Description

Provides shelter, food and support services to men experiencing homelessness. Offers transitional and permanent housing opportunities for persons coming from homelessness. Offers a VA Per Diem program to assist homeless veterans with housing, recovery from substance issues, employment and mental health.
