Description
Provides affordable homeownership opportunities to low-income families by utilizing volunteers to design, construct and/or repair homes. Newly constructed or renovated homes are sold, at cost, to eligible families that are able to make monthly payments and have invested a specified number of hours of sweat equity working on the home.
