Must have/meet: * Total gross household income must be at or below 225% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Income Guidelines * Paid at least $25 toward their water bill in the 180 days prior to applying for assistance * A balance of at least $50 outstanding on account

Please bring with you: * Picture ID for the members of the household * Proof of social security numbers for the members of the household that are 18 years of age or older * Proof of all household income received in the last 30 days including pay stubs, SSI, disability, child support, etc. * Copy of most recent water bill * Proof of payment of at least $25 made to Kentucky American Water in the last 6 months
