Provides case management, counseling and substance abuse services to individuals experiencing mental illness or substance dependence. Provides school-based counseling services and therapeutic rehabilitation for children/adolescents. Also provides a variety of medical services including family and internal medicine. Offers discounted or free services to uninsured and low-income patients.
