- 18 years of ago older
- Voluntarily willing for services
- Be medically stable
- Be able to perform activities of daily living
- Be able to contract for safety
- Be experiencing acute symptoms of substance use which it is thought will decrease in severity under continuous supervision in a safe clinical environment
