Must have/meet: * Resident of Scott County * Children between infancy and 17 years of age * Income guidelines * Not have applied for Christmas assistance elsewhere

Required documents

Please bring with you: * Picture ID * Birth certificates or immunization records of all children in the household under your legal custody * Proof of monthly household income * Proof of rent and utilities within last 60 days (copies of bills, cancelled checks, or payment receipts with name of applicant and a Scott County address) * Size of children's clothing and shoes and choice for toys for ages 0-17
