Must have/meet:

Resident of Whitley County
60 years of age or older
Spouse of a person 60 years of age or older
Unable to attend a congregate site because of illness or an incapacitating disability
Does not have a person in the home able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis
Under 60 years of age with a disability and resides with a homebound individual 60 years of age or older
