Eligibility
Must have/meet:
* Financial need for assistance
* Medically cleared to fly in a non-pressurized small aircraft
* Ambulatory and sit upright in a standard aircraft seat
* Not require medical care en route
* Not have a communicable disease
* If supplemental patient oxygen is required, it must be provided by the patient and be in a Department of Transportation pressure test approved bottle
* Provide own ground transportation to and from airport as well as be responsible for lodging arrangements

Description
Provides free medical air and ground transportation for children or adult patients and an escort needing transportation for medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Patients must be must be able to walk, enter and exit the plane with little or no assistance and require no medical care.
