School Clothing
Eligibility
Children attending the Ashland Independent School District from Head Start through the 12th Grade who lack resources to obtain appropriate clothing for school
Required documents
Please return to Family Resource and Youth Services Center:
- Consent forms signed by parent/guardian allowing student to receive clothing assistance and to go on shopping trip for clothes
- Completed Clothing Request Form that is provided by the Family Resource and Youth Services Center

Application process
- Referral must be made by contacting the Family Resource Center or Youth Services Center of the student’s school to request school clothing assistance
- Referral can be from a teacher, other school staff, social worker, counselor, other professional, or the parent or guardian of the student
