Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Resident of service area
- Be member of school UNITE club, has attended Camp UNITE or been impacted by substance abuse
- Have Grade Point Average of 2.75 unweighted or 3.75 weighted
Required documents
Please include in application:
- Typed essay of 500 words or less detailing how they exemplify "I Am UNITE"
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Unofficial copy of high school transcript
