- Income guidelines
- Not have applied for Christmas assistance elsewhere
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Picture ID
- Birth certificates or immunization records of all children in the household under your legal custody
- Proof of monthly household income
- Proof of rent and utilities within last 60 days (copies of bills, cancelled checks, or payment receipts with name of applicant and a Madison County address)
- Size of children's clothing and shoes and choice for toys for ages 0-12

Provides an emergency food pantry, a thrift store, donation center, volunteer opportunities, worship services, youth and adult character and life skills services, family counseling, emergency assistance during disasters, Angel Tree and Christmas food programs along with other life critical services to Madison, Estill, Lee, Owsley, Wolfe, Breathitt, Clay, Jackson and Rockcastle counties.
