Please bring with you: * Picture ID * Birth certificates or immunization records of all children in the household under your legal custody * Proof of monthly household income * Proof of rent and utilities within last 60 days (copies of bills, cancelled checks, or payment receipts with name of applicant and a Bell County address) * Size of children's clothing and choice for toys for infant to 17 years of age
