Must have/meet: * Residents of service area who meet program guidelines * Clients must be willing to transfer their prescriptions to the pharmacy which has been authorized by this program to accept the vouchers

Description

Provides housing referrals, utility assistance for electricity, gas or water; rent assistance, emergency food, prescription assistance, birth certificate application/fee payment assistance, referrals for ID cards, baby care items and referrals to other social services as needed for individuals and families in emergency/crisis situations. Also provides holiday assistance for the Christmas season through the CAReS Giving Tree Program.
