Eligibility

Must have/meet: * Be a member of a Veteran Family in which a veteran must be present in the household * Household income does not exceed 50% of area median income * Be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness such as having received an eviction notice

Required documents

Please bring with you: * Proof of Military Service (DD-214) * Proof of residency or homeless status, pending placement in permanent housing * Picture ID * Proof of income

Description

Provides intensive case management and assistance in obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits to low-income veteran families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in order to improve their housing stability.
