Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Be a member of a Veteran Family in which a veteran must be present in the household
- Household income does not exceed 50% of area median income
- Be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness such as having received an eviction notice
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Proof of Military Service (DD-214)
- Proof of residency or homeless status, pending placement in permanent housing
- Picture ID
- Proof of income
