Provides expert accredited veterans benefits assistance at no charge from the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs. Assists veteran to understand the eligibility criteria for benefits, provides consultation and helps with completing benefits application forms. Veterans Benefit Representative travels to and serves Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup, Lawrence and Lewis Counties.
