Eligibility
Must have/meet:
* Resident of Clinton County
* 60 years of age or older
* Spouse of a person 60 years of age or older
* Unable to attend a congregate site because of illness or an incapacitating disability
* Does not have a person in the home able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis
* Under 60 years of age with a disability and resides with a homebound individual 60 years of age or older
