Eligibility
Must have/meet:
* Water service provided by Kentucky American Water
* Income guidelines
* Paid at least $25 toward their water bill in the last 180 days
* A balance of at least $50 outstanding on account
Required documents
Please bring with you:
* Identification for all members of the household
* Proof of income received in the last 30 days
* Copy of Kentucky American water bill or disconnect notice
