- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be capable of performing basic tasks
- Willing to develop a goal plan
- Have no outstanding warrants, judgements or felony offenses that involve violence or other acts of harm to others
- Be wiling to accept community living situation
- Be willing to abide by rules and regulations
