Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Parents be at least an asylum seeker, special visa recipient, an immigrant who does not yet have a social security number
- Parents cannot have become United States citizens or be lawful permanent residents
- Children must be 15 years of age or older and must have been born in the United States
Required documents

- Passport or country ID (if applicable)
- Children's birth certificate
