Eligibility
Must have/meet:
  • Parents be at least an asylum seeker, special visa recipient, an immigrant who does not yet have a social security number
  • Parents cannot have become United States citizens or be lawful permanent residents
  • Children must be 15 years of age or older and must have been born in the United States
Required documents
Please bring with you:
  • Passport or country ID (if applicable)
  • Children's birth certificate
