Eligibility

Must have/meet:

Parents be at least an asylum seeker, special visa recipient, an immigrant who does not yet have a social security number
Parents cannot have become United States citizens or be lawful permanent residents
Children must be 15 years of age or older and must have been born in the United States

Passport or country ID (if applicable)
Children's birth certificate
