Eligibility

Must have/meet:
  • Total household income is at or below 200% of the poverty level
  • Priority given to those households with elderly, disabled, children (6 and under) and LIHEAP high-energy users
Must have/meet:
  • Resident of service area
  • Household income at or below 200% of poverty level
  • If renter, must have written approval of landlord

  • Proof of ownership of the home (copy of the deed or certificate of title for a mobile home)
