Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Total household income is at or below 200% of the poverty level
- Priority given to those households with elderly, disabled, children (6 and under) and LIHEAP high-energy users
- Resident of service area
- Household income at or below 200% of poverty level
- If renter, must have written approval of landlord
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Proof of household income
- Proof of ownership of the home (copy of the deed or certificate of title for a mobile home)
