- Interest and dividend statements from banks (Form 1099)
- Form 1098 to verify any home mortgage interest claimed
- Form 1098-T if claiming tuition paid
- Copies of last year’s federal and state returns, if available
- Bank account routing and account numbers for direct deposit -- bring a blank check
- Proof of total paid for daycare provider. Must provide daycare provider's tax identifying number such as their Social Security Number or business Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Summarized list of other income/expenses for those who are self-employed
