Eligibility
Must have/meet:
* Resident of Fayette County for 1 year
* Income at or below 50% AMI
* Not received emergency financial assistance within the past 36 months
* At risk of loss of utilities or housing (disconnect notice, 7-day/eviction notice)
* Utility must have not already been disconnected or unable to assist with reconnecting utilities.
* Utilized all personal resources
Required documents
Please bring with you:
* Picture ID
* Social Security cards for household
* Proof of residency for 12 consecutive months
* Proof of household income
* Copy of heating/fuel disconnect/shut-off notice issued in last 30 days
