Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Resident of Fayette County for 1 year
- Income at or below 50% AMI
- Not received emergency financial assistance within the past 36 months
- At risk of loss of utilities or housing (disconnect notice, 7-day/eviction notice)
- Utility must have not already been disconnected or unable to assist with reconnecting utilities.
- Utilized all personal resources
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Picture ID
- Social Security cards for household
- Proof of residency for 12 consecutive months
- Proof of household income
- Copy of heating/fuel disconnect/shut-off notice issued in last 30 days
