Offers vehicles, boats, and trailer licenses, marriage licenses and notary bonds. Maintains the records of deeds, mortgages, wills and title lien statements for vehicles, etc. Offers voter registration and is responsible for conducting the county election process. Collects all delinquent taxes and conducts delinquent tax sales each year.
