Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Homeless or at risk of being homeless
- Discharge from service cannot be a dishonorable
- Income guidelines
- At least 6 months of active service
- Cannot be a registered sex offender
- Cannot be a violent offender such as, murder or manslaughter
- Willing to relocate to the center (Eastern Kentucky)
- Willing to participate in the Center's programs
