Description
Advises the Fiscal Court on legal issues, prosecutes all traffic offenses and all misdemeanor cases and participates in the early prosecution of felony cases. Administers a cold check program, collect delinquent taxes, assist in guardianship and mental health cases and help parents collect child support payments.
