• Resident of service area
• Must be the homeowner
• Electrical service must be in name of homeowner
• Household income at or below 55% of HUD poverty guidelines

Please bring with you:

• Copy of recorded deed showing ownership of property
• Copy of current electric bill for the residence
• Proof of income for all individuals living in the home
