Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- Resident of service area
- Must be the homeowner
- Electrical service must be in name of homeowner
- Household income at or below 55% of HUD poverty guidelines
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Copy of recorded deed showing ownership of property
- Copy of current electric bill for the residence
- Proof of income for all individuals living in the home
