- Resident of McCracken County for at least 1 year
- Income guidelines
Required documents
Please bring with you for all members of household:
- Marriage license, if applicable
- Birth certificate for all members of household
- Social Security card
- Picture ID
- Proof of household income
- Proof of household expenses
- Official letter of student status if over the age of 18
- Other documents as requested
