- Income guidelines
Required documents

- Completed application
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better
- Two letters of reference
- Proof of enrollment in a post-secondary educational institution
- Essay on why the applicant feels he/she should receive the award
