Eligibility
Must have/meet:
- American Water clients only
- Income guidelines
- Paid at least $25 toward their water bill in the 180 days prior to applying for assistance
- A balance of at least $50 outstanding on account
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Proof of social security numbers for the members of the household
- Proof of all household income received in the last 30 days
- Copy of most recent water bill
- Proof of payment of at least $25 made to Kentucky American Water in the last 6 months
