- Resident of service area
- 13 years of age or older
- Income guidelines
- Employed, employed within the last 6 months or receive disability or live in the same household
- Live in a sheltered environment
- Just released from incarceration within the past 6 months
- New to the community for past 6 months
Required documents
Please bring with you:
- Picture ID
- Proof of residency
- Last year's income tax return or proof from the Internal Revenue Service that taxes were not filed last year
