Must have/meet:
* Resident of Franklin or Anderson County (current lease only)
* Income at or below poverty line
* Receiving SNAP, Medicare or Section 8
Required documents
Please bring with you:
* Proof of residency
* Picture ID
* Birth certificate for each child or legal guardianship/custody documents
* Proof of household income (August, September or October pay
stubs, SNAP, KTAP, Social Security Disability eligibility letter, child support, other benefits or income)
* Current letter for Medicare, SNAP or Section 8
* Proof of expenses – all current monthly bills (rent, utilities, car expenses, childcare, other bills) - Must show the full page of the bill
