* 18 years of age or older
* Voluntarily willing for services
* Be medically stable
* Be able to perform activities of daily living
* Be able to contract for safety
* Be experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness which it is thought will decrease in severity under continuous supervision in a safe clinical environment

Plans and promotes comprehensive substance use/abuse, suicide, violence, bullying, mental health and homelessness prevention services in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster Counties.
