Description
Issues picture identification cards of children at the request of parents who want to ensure that they have a means of identification should their offspring run away, become lost, be abducted or become victims of violent crime. The cards may also include current vital statistics and a set of digital fingerprint images or inked prints and may be kept by parents.

Description
Provides written authorization for an adult or teenager (at least 16 years of age) to operate a motor vehicle after passing a written and driving examination and a vision test. Also renews expiring driver licenses, replaces driver licenses that are lost or stolen and processes name and address changes.

Eligibility
Must have/meet: * US Citizen or permanent resident * Resident of Kentucky with no suspensions in any other states * 16 years of age or older with a permit for 180 days if younger than 21 years old or 30 days if older than 21 years old
