The Rural Transportation Service is provided by the Northeast Kentucky Community Action Agency, which also operates the Olive Hill Senior Center.
Description
Provides seniors and others in the general public transportation for purposes of medical appointments, shopping, banking, social events, and other similar activities. The Rural Transportation Service provides curb-to-curb or door-to-door pickups and drop-offs upon customers' request and requires advanced scheduling by the customer.

* Must call the Senior Center between 8:00 am to 8:30 am on each day that a ride is needed to it if not already on a regularly planned pickup schedule, also call if need to cancel a ride * A passenger may request up to 2 free stops along the way to or from the senior center for the purposes of picking up a prescription, etc., but the request is at the discretion of the bus driver's schedule and must be scheduled at least a day in advance by contacting the senior center or the bus driver
