Description
Provides case management and supportive services to low-income veteran families who are in housing crisis. Assists clients in obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits to improve their housing stability, including employment and training services, individualized budget planning, transportation, income support, legal services, and housing stability planning. Other supportive services may include third party payments to landlords, utility companies, moving companies and eligible childcare providers.

Please bring with you: * Proof of Military Service (DD-214) * Proof of residency or homeless status, pending placement in permanent housing * Picture ID * Proof of income
Eligibility
Must have/meet: * Be a member of a Veteran Family in which a veteran must be present in the household * Household income does not exceed 50% of area median income * Be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness such as having received an eviction notice
