Description
Provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders with a regular Outpatient Program and an Intensive Outpatient Program available. Services offered include individual and group therapy, 12-Step and Celebrate Recovery meetings, peer support, targeted case management, medication-assisted treatment, relapse prevention and vocational services.

Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older who have substance use disorders and are assessed as suitable candidates for outpatient treatment
Fees
* Kentucky Medicaid plans and private insurance accepted * Sliding scale based on income available for self-pay clients

Provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment for opioid or alcohol addiction with options including Suboxone, which is buprenorphine combined with naloxone; and Vivitrol, which is extended-release, injectable naltrexone. These medications ease cravings and help the individual sustain recovery.

Description
Provides a telehealth service that offers all aspects of Addiction Recovery Care's treatment program through an app which is downloaded to the client's smartphone or computer. Online services available through the app include clinical counseling, peer support services, addiction medicine, targeted case management, anger management, chaplaincy care, and vocational training.

Must have/meet: * 18 years of age or older * Client resides 60 miles or greater from Addiction Recovery Care's closest outpatient facility * Must be able to report to the nearest Labcorp facility for weekly drug testing
