Please include in application: * Completed registration packet * Copy of child's birth certificate * Commonwealth of Kentucky Immunization Certificate for child * Emergency forms
Eligibility
Must have/meet: * Children from 6 weeks to 4 years of age * 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds must be toilet-trained in order to attend the preschool classroom
Fees
* $20 registration fee for 1 child, $35.00 for 2 children, $10.00 each additional child after 2 * Full-time day care $125 per week * A discounted tuition fee is available for Boyd County Public School staff as well as Ashland Community and Technical College staff and students * Child Care Assistance Program subsidy payments accepted from Kentucky and Ohio
