Description
Provides a transitional residential treatment program for pregnant women or women who are postpartum up to 6 months who have a substance use disorder. The facility is equipped to allow an infant to remain with the mother after giving birth. Services offered include individual and group counseling, mental health services, peer support, 12-step meetings, life skills instruction, personal financial planning, vocational planning, parenting classes, case management and relapse prevention.

Eligibility
Women 18 years of age or older diagnosed with substance use disorders who are pregnant or who are a parenting mother of an infant under the age of 6 months
Fees
Kentucky Medicaid, private insurance and self-pay accepted, with a sliding scale fee available for self-pay
Intake Procedure
Call intake to start prescreening to determine eligibility for program admission, state-wide referrals are accepted
