Description
Provides a transitional residential facility and treatment program for substance use disorders of alcohol and/or drug abuse in adult women who are working toward regaining custody of dependent children. Services offered include individual and group counseling, mental health services, peer support, 12-step meetings, life skills instruction, personal financial planning, vocational planning, parenting classes, case management and relapse prevention.

Eligibility
Must have/meet: * Women 18 years of age or older * Have dependent children or are working with the Department for Community Based Services to regain custody of the children * Have a history of alcohol and/or drug use disorder
Fees
Kentucky Medicaid, private insurance and self-pay accepted, with a sliding scale fee available for self-pay

Call intake to start prescreening to determine eligibility for program admission, state-wide referrals are accepted
