Provides emotional support, information and guidance for veterans having difficulty adjusting to civilian life. Services may include counseling for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment and suicide prevention referrals. All services are free of cost and are strictly confidential.

Must have/meet: * Homeless or at risk of being homeless * Discharge from service cannot be a Dishonorable * Income guidelines * At least 6 months of active service * Cannot be a registered sex offender * Cannot be a violent offender such as, murder or manslaughter
