Description

Provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment services on an outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment basis for adults 18 years of age or older. Services include a general assessment for substance use disorders; individual, family and group counseling as needed, substance abuse and health education services; HIV, hepatitis and STD testing as needed, relapse prevention services, case management and continuing care/discharge planning.
